Swag | Graphic Design & Employer Branding
Swag is a very effective and timeless way to engage and retain your teammates. It's essential when building out an employer brand strategy. I came up with the idea to do a fun campaign called Throwback Swag. It really boosted the company morale. I also designed 'limited edition' swag we dubbed as "gotta work here to know". I also was able to spearhead the launch of the first company swag store. Info
