When we began the deep dive into our employer branding strategy we asked one very important question. Where is the first place potential candidates go?

If you guessed the company's career page then you’re absolutely correct! With the partnership of a consulting agency, we were able to do a light refresh and rebranding of the career site. We also completed a photo shoot and 2 recruiting videos with a very limited budget and timeline.
